When you place an order via the website we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Fresh Step.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Fresh Step will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless Fresh Step notifies you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct and up-to-date. However, Fresh Step disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out-of-date or incomplete. Fresh Step cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Fresh Step is not responsible for this site's accuracy or the reliability of the access to this site. Neither will we assume responsibility for the content of any other website to which this site links to. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Fresh Step aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If the price changes between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Fresh Step and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted over SSL through a secure web server.
These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Fresh Step. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to offer a 7 days return for exchange not refund unless the item is faulty. Items have to be the full quantity delivered on invoice.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Otherwise all goods are returned at your own expense. Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Goods returned without a RAN will be subjected to a 15% administration and restocking fee.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations (see below).
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, and this 14-day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All item(s) returned under these regulations must be received by Fresh Step within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense.
If an item arrives damaged, retain all of the packaging materials including the carton that your order was packed in. If your carton was severely damaged in transit you must inform the courier or postal service immediately. Then you should contact us and we will endeavour to sort out a replacement order.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item in your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to correct your order as soon as possible.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned or damaged item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return.
